As each and every product on our website is made-to-order during peak periods surrounding yearly occasions your order will be dispatched up to 5 business days + shipping. Outside of this your order will be dispatched within 4 business days after payment has been received.

Australian customers - please allow an additional 2 - 5 business days for standard shipping or an additional 1 - 2 business days in metro areas for express delivery.

New Zealand customers - please allow an additional 8+ business days for delivery of your items.

Please note we are not responsible for any delays in shipping, customs processing delays or loss of parcels once they are dispatched.

No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. The shipping address for your order is shown at checkout and on your order confirmation email. In the event that you have entered an incorrect address, or did not update your address details, The Junior Edit cannot accept any responsibility and is not liable for any associated loss or compensation for any additional shipping costs. Address changes can only be updated before an order leaves our warehouse.

When will I receive my pre-ordered item?

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped according to the expected dispatch dates listed in the product description. We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability, however, the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a separate order if any items from your order are urgent.

Do you ship internationally?

Customs Charges & Terms:  Please be aware that if you are purchasing online from New Zealand you may be charged customs duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. The Junior Edit are not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian export regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable 'merchandise'. We are also prohibited by law from marking the order as a 'gift', even if the order is placed with the intention of sending to a gift recipient.
