Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges on personalised products, so please select carefully. All pre-orders are final - we are not able to cancel any pre-ordered items as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.
The Junior Edit is unable to take responsibility for sizing issues. Please carefully read the sizing guide for each specific product before placing your order. If in doubt, please use the measurements to compare against another garment you already own.

Each of our products are made using the highest quality garments and commercial grade vinyl or heat transfer material. Should you have a manufacturing fault with your item please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order name and number along with a photo of the product. If the item is deemed faulty by The Junior Edit the item must be returned within 7 days of delivery. Returns that do not meet our refund policy requirements may be denied. Should an item have a manufacturing fault, we will offer a full refund or exchange. We will do our best to exchange your item if there is a manufacturing fault depending on whether we have that particular item in stock.
