Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not accept any refund or exchanges on personalised products, so please select carefully. All pre-orders are final - we are not able to cancel any pre-ordered items as these orders are sent to our suppliers immediately after your order is placed.
Items marked as pre-order are to be paid for at the time of the order being placed and will be shipped according to the estimated shipping date window listed in the product description. We endeavour to adhere to these dates to the best of our ability, however, the dates are subject to change if unexpected lead times should occur. Please keep in mind the date provided is an estimated date and the item may arrive earlier or later than anticipated.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your delivery will not be arranged until ALL items are in stock. Please email email@example.com if you would like an alternative arrangement. We highly recommend placing a separate order if any items from your order are urgent.
